Our story.

The Ship Inn has been part of Red Wharf Bay for generations. Once a stop for sailors and locals alike, it’s long been a place to pause, share good food, and enjoy the view across the bay.

Over the years, the tides have changed but the spirit has stayed the same, a relaxed, welcoming pub where everyone feels at home.

Today, we’re proud to keep that tradition alive with good food, local ingredients, and a genuine love for this place and the people who visit.

    A family-owned wholesaler based in Gŵynedd, Harlech Foodservice has been supplying businesses in North Wales for decades. We rely on them for consistent, high-quality staple goods which keep the kitchen running smoothly.

  • Conwy Brewery

    Established in 2003, Conwy Brewery crafts traditional real ales and creative seasonal beers from their site near Colwyn Bay. Their local reputation for well-brewed Welsh beer makes them a perfect partner to our bar.

  • Aber Falls Distillery

    Located near the famous Aber Falls waterfall in Abergwyngregyn, Aber Falls Distillery produces award-winning Welsh spirits using local ingredients and pure Snowdonia water. Their gins and liqueurs capture the true flavour of North Wales.
